It also helps us to set and achieve the right goals for you. People are often surprised to look back and see how far they have come in a few sessions.
Make the changes you want, faster than you expectedThe average number of sessions is four. Your treatment may take as few as two meetings or as many as twelve, depending on your situation. We will agree sessions as needed so that you only pay for the treatment you need.

Help in other languages: español, italiano, français, portuguêsI also speak Spanish and Italian, so if you prefer to work in either of these languages, está bien, molto piacere. If you are a French or Portuguese speaker I can understand you in your own language, and speak quite a bit. However I am a bit rusty so may need to use some words in English!
